Forgot My Charger
At the Campbell library today. It just opened and there are already a lot of people here. It's a nice library overall, though definitely on the smaller side. I do wish I'd brought my charger — without it, I can't stay too long, and I'll have to head back in about two hours to charge my laptop. Not the worst thing, but still mildly annoying. It's a hot day out, and honestly I'd rather just be chilling at home doing work there.
Sigh. The Cupertino library stays open until 9 pm, which could be a good spot to settle in for the day, all things considered. Or maybe I'll just go to Jordan's and use the table there — plus then I could finally do my laundry for real.
I just asked Claude, and apparently laundry here in Cali is cheapest around 9 am to 2 pm. So if I went back now and ran a load it'd be the cheapest window — but I don't want to interrupt Jordan's work and interviews, so I'll probably do it later today or tomorrow instead. Apparently 4–9 pm is the most expensive. Good to know.
