What a Kind Man

Today was my first plane travel day with Jordan ever! ✈️

We didn't sleep at all and just went straight to the airport early — well, our flights were early. We had a good time hanging out at the airport eating food, then hurrying to the gate at the last minute. Classic.

When we boarded, we realized we were actually sitting in different seats this flight. So I asked the guy sitting next to Jordan if he'd be okay switching with me, and… he actually did. What a kind man. Truly. Because of that, we got to be close together for the entire flight, cuddle a bit, and it was just really nice.

Jordan only managed to nap for about the first hour, then woke up and worked the rest of the flight. I was able to nap more, which felt good.

When we got to JFK, the airport was crowded. Jordan wanted to take an Uber, so we ended up waiting around for like an hour and a half before one finally showed up — and then it took us another hour to actually get to the hotel.

By the time we arrived I was FAMISHED. 🍜 The Chinese food we ended up eating never tasted better.

Right after that we just immediately collapsed and slept. A good day overall, even if tiring.
